All users must complete official training with the Facility Manager before using any of the microscopes. Equipment reservations are limited to 4 hours. For the Nikon system, live-cell imaging experiments will be given priority over fixed samples. All fixed samples must be fully cured prior to imaging, as slides will be checked before use. Unfixed samples will not be permitted, and the reservation will be cancelled. This equipment provides a Z stack, time series, live cell and fixed sample imaging.
Flex 2 - This microplate reader provides programmable liquid handling in combination with simultaneous measuring fluorescence intensity, fluorescence polarization, luminescence, and time-resolved fluorescence. The programmable liquid handler transfers of assay reagents from a 96- or 384-well source plate to enhance assay design using integrated fluidics.
Flex 3 - This microplate reader provides programmable liquid handling in combination with simultaneous measuring absorbance, fluorescence intensity, fluorescence polarization, luminescence, and time-resolved fluorescence. The programmable liquid handler transfers of assay reagents from a 96- or 384-well source plate to enhance assay design using integrated fluidics.
