New Support System Now Live: We are pleased to share that the new iLab Help Desk platform is now live as of January 14th, 2026.
The ‘Help’ link in iLab now opens an email through the new ticketing system. For details, please visit our Help Site article: Submit and Track Support Requests in the Portal.
Upcoming Holiday Closure: In observance of a holiday, Agilent CrossLab/iLab Operations Software Support Help Desk will be closed during U.S. hours on Monday, January 19th, 2026. During this time, support in the U.S. and Canada will be unavailable. APAC and EU Support will remain open as normal. For urgent matters, please add "Urgent" to your ticket/email subject or press "1" when prompted to escalate a call on the iLab Support phone, and we will prioritize those requests first.
This room management system is designed to help optimize resources for researchers and LAS staff. This would allow for greater efficiency in addition to avoiding potential crowding in animal rooms.
If you are the first time user, please sign up by clicking the “Register” button and use your TJU credentials to proceed.
To view and reserve available workspace, please go to “Schedule Equipment’ tab. Individuals may view and reserve time in a given workstation in their animal housing room.
Please, NOTE: The suggested hours of the animal facility will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. That is when staff is present and animal rooms are in the light phase of their 12:12h cycle.
Each individual researcher should not sign up for more than a total of 2 hours in one day. This restriction may be relaxed once the system is live and reviewed.
